Since we were from out of state and had limited time to search properties and make decisions , Eric really understood and worked diligently.

We went back home with all the information we needed to make our choice. He asked all the right questions to help us think out what was best for us and make our decision to put in an offer on a cottage in Truro.

Putting together the offer, working with the bank, supervising the inspections and gathering and organizing all the paperwork involved in the purchase, it couldn't have gone as smoothly without Eric's constant help and expertise.
